14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund of your initial subscription fee within 14 days of your first purchase.

Subscription Types: This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions on the Essential and Insight plans.

One Refund per User: Each user account is eligible for one money-back guarantee across all plans.
2. How to Request a Refund
